The atrium
The centrepiece of 5YN3RGY is the atrium, a light-flooded microcosm that connects the central areas of the entire campus and the exclusive stages. The spacious atrium is not only an architectural highlight, but also designed as a lively and inspiring place that promotes creativity and collaboration.
The climate-neutral 5YN3RGY sets new standards for modern working environments. The traditional office typology is transformed into a dynamic environment that emphasises flexibility, innovation and collaborative working.

5YN3RGY marks an exciting development in the heart of the dynamic area between the Loretto district and Düsseldorf's Media Harbour, a region where companies mix with a diverse and vibrant local community. A new office typology is being created here on over 22,000 m², redefining the concept of working.
