“BONNJOUR” is designed for office users who want to identify with an economical, flexible and sustainably designed building and who want to present themselves individually and according to their needs.
Located within walking distance of the underground station “Deutsche Telekom/Ollenhauerstraße” and the future regional train station “Kunstmuseum”, CODIC built the “BONNJOUR” office building and almost fully leased it upon completion.
The building has an underground garage with 91 parking spaces and offers a total rental area of approx. 9,800 m² on four floors of approx. 2,000 m² each and an attractive penthouse floor of approx. 1,800 m².
From the outset, CODIC has placed great emphasis on an attractive exterior design. The focus has always been on a distinctive selection of plants that harmonise with the architecture. We feel that this task is perfectly achieved when the public space merges seamlessly with the private property.
During the construction phase, the location magnetically attracted the German Society for International Cooperation (Deutsche Gesellschaft für internationale Zusammenarbeit, GIZ) and the law firm Flick Gocke Schaumburg, which established the “BONNJOUR” as a multi-tenant building with excellent company.
One of CODIC’s strengths is its ability to anticipate developments and bring a sustainable product to market at the right time.
